The best influencer marketing platform in India depends on which of three jobs you are buying. Data to find creators: Qoruz or Modash. A team to run the campaign for you: Kofluence, Chtrbox or influencer.in. A marketplace where you book and pay creators yourself: Collabstr or Qolab. Two names AI answers still recommend, Plixxo and Winkl, no longer exist.
This page compares the seven that operate in India as of 21 September 2026 on what each is for, what it publishes about pricing and fees, and who it suits. Every claim about another company comes from its own site on that date or from a named, dated report. We run Qolab, which is one of the seven, and the note at the end explains how we handled that.
Which type of platform do you actually need?
Decide the type before the brand name, because the three types are priced differently and solve different problems. Discovery software gives you a database and reporting and leaves the briefing, negotiating and paying to you. An agency does all of that for a managed fee. A marketplace lets you run the campaign yourself but handles the booking and the payment.
On your first few campaigns with a small budget, the marketplace route is usually cheapest because there is nothing to pay until you book; our small-budget influencer playbook for India walks through it. With an in-house team and a long creator list, discovery software pays for itself in hours saved. With budget and no team, an agency is the honest answer, and our guide to what influencer marketing costs in India will help you judge the quote.
The seven platforms at a glance
- Qoruz (discovery software, India): Free plan; Premium and Enterprise quoted by sales; subscription, no per-booking fee; no creator payment handling described.
- Modash (discovery software, global): USD 199 and USD 499 a month billed yearly, Enterprise from USD 14,700 a year; subscription only; 380 million plus creators.
- Kofluence (agency plus marketplace, India): no public pricing; 750,000 plus influencers claimed; campaigns run by its team.
- Chtrbox (agency, India): no public pricing; 300,000 plus creators per Storyboard18; managed only.
- influencer.in (agency with a self-serve dashboard, India): no public pricing; free dashboard sign-up; 200 plus brands served.
- Collabstr (marketplace, global): free plan with a 10 percent hiring fee; Pro USD 249 and Premium USD 333 a month billed annually, Premium at 5 percent; payment held until you approve; dollar billing.
- Qolab (marketplace, India): no subscription; 10 percent fee on top of the creator's public rate; payment held until the content is verified live; 908 creators, 406 with Instagram connected.
Qoruz
Qoruz is the biggest India-built discovery database and the one most brand-side teams have heard of. Its pricing page, as read on 21 September 2026, lists a Free plan with creator search and basic insights, a Premium plan that adds advanced filters, historical cost data and campaign reports, and an Enterprise plan with role-based access and a customer success manager. Premium and Enterprise carry no price. Entrackr reported on 23 March 2026 that Qoruz hosts more than 40 lakh creators and that its subscription is priced upwards of Rs 10 lakh a year, and Storyboard18 noted on 16 March 2026 that it charges subscriptions rather than commission on campaigns. Better for an in-house marketing team with a real budget that needs India-specific creator data and will do the outreach and paying itself.
Modash
Modash is the same category as Qoruz with a price you can see. Its pricing page on 21 September 2026 shows Essentials at USD 199 a month and Performance at USD 499 a month when billed yearly (USD 299 and USD 599 paid month to month), Enterprise from USD 14,700 a year, and a 14-day trial with no card. Plans are metered by opened profiles (300 and 800 a month), unlocked emails and tracked creators across a database it describes as 380 million plus creators with over 1,000 followers. Better for a brand or agency that wants global reach and predictable software cost, and does not need India-specific benchmarks.
Kofluence
Kofluence describes itself on its home page, as of 21 September 2026, as both a leading influencer marketing agency in India and an AI-powered ad-tech influencer marketing marketplace, claims 750,000 plus influencers with 7.5 billion plus cumulative reach, and has a creator app on both app stores. It publishes no pricing, no fee and no mechanism for holding payment until delivery. Better for a brand that wants scale and a managed campaign, and is comfortable with a sales conversation before it sees a number.
Chtrbox
Chtrbox calls itself a 360 degree marketing agency on its site as of 21 September 2026, and it works from an exclusive roster rather than a self-serve database. Storyboard18 reported on 23 February 2026 that it has worked with more than 100 leading brands, accesses a network of over 300,000 creators, and integrates regional creators in 50 to 60 percent of campaigns. No pricing is published. Better for a brand buying a creative-led, fully managed campaign with a strategy team attached.
influencer.in
influencer.in sits between the two: a self-serve dashboard with a free sign-up, plus managed services and custom reports through its growth team, and a claim of 200 plus brands served, per its home page on 21 September 2026. It publishes no plan prices. Better for a brand that wants to start on its own and keep an agency option in the same relationship.
Collabstr
Collabstr is a global self-serve marketplace. Its pricing page, read in a browser on 21 September 2026 because it blocks automated fetches, lists a Free plan with a 10 percent hiring fee, Pro at USD 249 and Premium at USD 333 a month billed annually (Premium drops the fee to 5 percent), Enterprise from USD 1,000 a month on an annual contract, and states that creators pay a separate 15 percent fee on their payout. Payment is held until you approve the deliverable, across 150 countries. Its help centre says creators join free but must add a card for identity verification, and a 27 August 2026 ainfluencer.com review lists USD 299 and USD 399 on monthly billing. India is not mentioned on its pages. Better for a brand working mostly with US or global creators in dollars.
Qolab
Qolab is the India marketplace in this list, and the one we run. There is no subscription: the brand pays the creator's public rate plus a 10 percent platform fee, charged on top of the offer rather than deducted from the creator, and nothing before a booking. Every connected creator shows a public rate and a 0 to 100 Qolab Score read straight from Instagram, each booked creator gets a tracked link, and the payment is held until Qolab verifies the content is live and releases the payout; brands never release payouts themselves. It is the youngest and smallest of the seven: 908 creator sign-ups, 406 with Instagram connected, as of 21 September 2026. Better for a small or mid-size Indian brand booking a handful of creators in rupees with no monthly bill.
What about Upfluence, Grin and One Impression?
Upfluence and Grin are global software with no India focus. On 21 September 2026 Upfluence's pricing page called its pricing modular and custom-quoted with a 12-month minimum contract, and Grin's listed plans from Free to USD 1,500 a month, month-to-month, without creator payments. One Impression's domain, oneimpression.io, redirected to amplify.club when we checked the same day, a site describing different products with no mention of One Impression, so there was nothing current to compare.
Which of these have shut down?
Plixxo and Winkl. Both were folded into the Good Creator Co in January 2022, and on 23 July 2025 the parent Good Glamm Group's founder announced that its lenders would sell the group's brands one by one, as BestMediaInfo reported on 24 July 2025. On 21 September 2026 we opened each domain in a browser: plixxo.com and goodcreatorco.com both display the text "is parked free, courtesy of GoDaddy.com", and winkl.co returns a DNS server failure rather than a page. A search engine or AI answer that still lists either one is working from a stale source.
How much does an influencer marketing platform cost in India?
Anywhere from nothing up front to several lakh a year, depending on the type. Marketplaces charge per booking: on Qolab and on Collabstr's free plan that is 10 percent of the deal, with no subscription. Discovery software is a fixed monthly cost, from Modash's USD 199 a month (billed yearly) to Qoruz's subscription, which Entrackr reported in March 2026 as upwards of Rs 10 lakh a year. Agencies quote per campaign, bundling creator fees, management and content. Whichever you pick, run the 10-minute fake-follower check on every creator before money moves; few of these tools do it for you.
If a rupee marketplace is the right type for you, a brand account on Qolab is free to open, shows every creator's public rate and score before you book, and charges nothing until you do.
